The quality of your mic plays an important role here. If you have a built-in microphone then that should do. Otherwise, invest in a good quality mic.
Choose a place that less noisy. Go for a room with fewer windows so that you’ve lesser disturbance from any external noise.
While holding a microphone, make sure you hold it 5-6 inches from your mouth. Just the exact distance, any closer or further away might be too loud or too feeble.
Use headphones if you think you want to hear your voice and check if the flow is okay. Using good set headphones is always a good idea.
